Santiago Lucero Jr.

Services for Santiago “Jimmy” Lucero, Jr., 52, will take place on Jan. 28, 2009,  at 11 a.m. at the Grants Church of Christ. A reception will follow at the Elks Lodge. Interment will be at Grants Memorial Park.

He was born on Jan. 25, 1956, in Grants, and passed away Jan. 22, 2009, in Albuquerque.

Lucero is survived by his wife of 32 years: Elizabeth Lucero; sons: Jesse and wife Nora of Medford, Ore. and Jason and wife Desiree of Gallup; sisters: ChrisAnn Chavez of Grants and Sandy Grine of Albuquerque; grandchildren: DJ, Nathan, Chloe, Xavier and Alekzander.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Jimmy Sr., and Armida Lucero.
