Herb Hubbell, 91, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather went away on Feb. 4, 2009.

Herb settled in McKinley County, NM, in 1950. He lived a long wonderful life as a water well driller and continued to drill wells up until 1992. He also enjoyed being a member of the VFW. Herb served our country in the US Army during World War II. He loved to visit with his family and friends and enjoyed playing horseshoes. He even won the grand champion award in a horseshoe competition at the age of 80. Herb was a great hard working man and will be dearly missed by all those who knew him.
His loved ones left are his wife Maxie; his daughter Nelda Vivian Carver of St. George, Utah; two step-children Clifton Day and wife Deidre of Texas and their four children; Darlynn Jennings and husband Bo of Texas and their three children; his four grandchildren Lynn Carver and wife Stacy of Winnebago, Ill; Cyndi Gerber and husband Dave of West Jordan, Utah; Carolee Jensen and husband Corky of Lakeland, Fla.; Leanna Williams and husband Sam of Vernal, Utah. Great-grandchildren are Kaleb Schwartz and Abbey Carver of Illinois; Michael Gerber of Utah, Annie Cramer and husband Mike of Utah; Brandyn Jensen and wife Daphne of Alaska, Danae Jensen of Arizona, Stephanie Jensen of Wyoming, Dallyn and Demie Jensen of Florida; Jacob, Kaden and Taylor Williams of Utah. Herb was also blessed to have eight great-great-grandchildren.
Herb was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Viola Mae Brown, son-in-law Harold D. Carver, and his two brothers Ben & Paul Hubbell.
No funeral services will be held.
