Grants clinic plans open house

GRANTS - In appreciation of community support an open house will take place Aug. 26 at Presbyterian Medical Service's Western New Mexico Medical Group in Grants.

The event, from 3-6 p.m., will be at 1217 Bonita St.

Family practice physicians Dr. Janice Shipley, Dr. Melanie Ukanwa, Dr. Ellen Piernot and Dr. Gina Perez-Baron are scheduled to be at the event. They are trained to treat patients from birth (pediatric) to adults (geriatric 75 years and older).

The clinic is accepting new patients, accepts most insurance and offers a sliding fee scale.
