Adolpho Aragon A Rosary for Adopho “Fito” Aragon, 77, of Magdalena, was held on Sept. 7, 2009, at 10 a.m. at Saint Mary's Catholic Church in Magdalena. Funeral Mass and interment followed. A gathering of friends and family will took place at the parish hall afterward. Aragon passed away on Sept. 2, 2009. He was born on June 2, 1932, in Polvadera. He is a lifelong rancher and cowboy, known for his rodeo talent and horse training abilities. Fito is survived by his children: Adolph Aragon, Jr., and wife, Patty of Grants, Cynthia Aragon (Stanaland) and husband Jim, Allen Aragon and Alex Aragon, all of Albuquerque; grandchildren: Chap Aragon, Riley Aragon, Nicklaus Stanaland, Spencer Stanaland, Angelo Aragon and Angela Aragon; sister: Carnation Armijo of Albuquerque; and numerous nephews and nieces. He was preceeded in death by his parents: Elifas and Andelina Aragon of Polvadera and grandson, Rowdy Aragon; brothers and sisters: Isidro Aragon, Lorenzo Aragon, Milo Aragon, Lala Adame, Hilda Cronk and Tony Aragon. Steadman-Hall Funeral Home of Socorro was in charge of arrangements. |
