• 8:47 a.m. Mt. Taylor Avenue. A woman told officers acetone had been poured on the hood of her car.

• 9:14 p.m. Warren Street. A woman reported that she and friends heard someone trying to get into the house. They found a bent window screen near the back window.

• 5:26 p.m. Truman Park. A man was seen driving through the park while children were playing in the area. He was driving a grey car.

• 8:21 a.m. East Roosevelt. A man asked to speak to an officer regarding his property to be checked. He said he heard some rumors that he had a meth lab in his house. The house was checked and no drugs or paraphernalia were found.

• 6:20 p.m. Gunnison Avenue. Two dogs were reported left behind by their owners who had moved away. The dogs had no food or water when an officer arrived.

March 3

• 7:22 p.m. Lobo Canyon. Caller advised there were subjects fighting inside an apartment and two others were trying to kick down the door. The two outside the apartment were gone when officers arrived, who discovered the damaged door. The residents said they didn't know the two attackers.

• 3:41 p.m. Santa Fe Avenue. A man's wallet was taken from his vehicle and two subjects were seen driving away in a light green newer Cadillac. One of the subjects was described as light color skinned, unshaven, short light hair, five-foot 10-inches tall and approximately 160 pounds.

Indictment

• Angela Fuentes, DOB Oct. 15, 1986, was indicted on two counts of forgery, fourth degree felony charges.

• Alvin Morris, DOB Nov. 7, 1969, was indicted on one count of aggravated battery upon a peace officer (deadly weapon), fourth degree felony.

• Brad Overson, DOB Mar. 9, 1990, was indicted on one count of residential burglary, third degree felony; larceny (over $500), fourth degree felony and criminal damage to property (under $1,000), petty misdemeanor.

• Timothy Walker, DOB Mar. 9, 1990, was indicted on one count of residential burglary, third degree felony; larceny (over $500), fourth degree felony and criminal damage to property (under $1,000), petty misdemeanor.

• Debbie M. Hale, DOB Oct. 21, 1966, was indicted on one count of selling or giving alcoholic beverages to a minor, fourth degree felony; one count of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug (refusal), misdemeanor and reckless driving, pretty misdemeanor.

• Joshua Vielleux, DOB July 20, 1979, was indicted on one count of aggravated battery against a household member (deadly weapon), third degree felony; aggravated assault against a household member (deadly weapon), fourth degree felony; two counts of child abuse - intentional (no death or great bodily harm), third degree felony and criminal damage to property (over $1,000), fourth degree felony.

• Brandon Charlie, DOB July 17, 1983, was indicted on one count of child abuse - intentional (no death or great bodily harm), third degree felony; driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs (impared), misdemeanor; driving on wrong side of road, misdemeanor; no insurance, misdemeanor; no driver's license, misdemeanor and child not properly restrained, misdemeanor.

• John House, DOB May 11, 1985, was indicted on one count of burglary of a vehicle (accessory-liability), fourth degree felony and receiving stolen property (receive)(over $500), fourth degree felony.

• Michael P. Chacon, DOB Oct. 27, 1978, was indicted on one count of aggravated battery, third degree felony; aggravated burglary, second degree felony and aggravated assault, fourth degree felony.

Sentencing

• Candelario Chavez, DOB Feb. 18, 1972, was found guilty of his fourth driving while intoxicated offense, fourth degree felony. He shall receive a total of 18 months in custody of the Department of Corrections. The above sentence was suspended except for 234 days. He shall receive 234 days pre-sentence confinement credit and be placed on supervised probation with the Adult Probation and Parole Office for 18 months less 234 days. He shall pay probation costs determined by the APPO and shall enter into any and all programs recommended by the APPO. He shall have a zero tolerance policy. He shall pay a $100 DNA fee and submit to DNA testing, pay a $75 lab and a $65 chemical analysis fee. He shall complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommendations of said assessment. He shall install an ignition interlock and pay $20 to the Cibola County Compliance Program.

• Randy Shutiva, DOB Dec. 13, 1961, was found guilty of his fourth offense driving while under the influence of intoxicating alcohol and/or drugs, fourth degree felony.

He shall receive a total of 18 months in custody of the Department of Corrections. Upon release, he shall be placed on supervised probation with the Adult Probation and Parole Office for one year.

He shall pay probation costs determined by the APPO and shall enter into any and all programs recommended by the APPO. He shall pay a $100 license, $65 crime lab, $100 alcohol screening and $75 community fee. He must pay $5 domestic violence fee. He shall pay a $100 DNA fee and submit to DNA testing.

• Diana Platero, DOB Aug. 21, 1976, was found guilty of attempt to commit contributing to the delinquency of a minor, misdemeanor. She shall receive a total of 364 days in the Cibola County Detention Center. All but five days of the above sentence was suspended on the condition that she be placed on supervised probation with the Adult Probation and Parole Office for 359 days. She shall enter into any and all programs recommended by the APPO. She must pay $5 Domestic Violence Education fee.

• Freddie Espinosa, DOB Dec. 1, 1973, was found guilty of attempt to commit extreme cruelty to animals, misdemeanor. He shall receive a total of 364 days in the Cibola County Detention Center. All of the above sentence shall be suspended under the condition he shall serve a period of 364 days with the Adult Probation and Parole Office. He shall pay a $1,000 to the Grants Animal Care Center.

• Antonio Shawn Chaco, June 14, 1983, was found guilty of child abuse-international (no death or great bodily harm), fourth degree felony and false imprisonment, fourth degree felony.

He shall receive a total of four and one-half years in the Cibola County Detention Center. All but 90 days shall be suspended on the condition he be placed on supervised probation with the Adult Probation and Parole Office for three years. He must pay $5 domestic violence fee. He shall pay a $100 DNA fee and submit to DNA testing.

• Stephanie Gonzales, a/k/a Stephanie Chavez, DOB Jan. 6, 1980, was convicted of distribution of a controlled substance, third degree felony. She shall receive a total of three years of custody in the Department of Corrections. All but 30 days shall be suspended on the condition she be placed on supervised probation with the Adult Probation and Parole Office for three years. She must pay $5 domestic violence fee and $75 lab fee. She shall pay a $100 DNA fee and submit to DNA testing. The defendant shall enter a GED program and obtain her GED.
